By accessing or using the FutureGrades platform (including our website, mobile application, and all related services), you confirm that you are at least 12 years of age (or have parental consent if younger), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

To access most features of FutureGrades, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your password and not share it with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

FutureGrades offers both free and paid subscription plans. Subscription features include live classes, AI tutoring, personalized study plans, mock tests, and performance analytics. Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice via email.

You agree NOT to: • Share account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access one account • Copy, distribute, or reproduce any platform content without written permission • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to platform systems • Upload malicious code, spam, or inappropriate content • Impersonate other users, teachers, or FutureGrades staff • Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All content on FutureGrades — including course materials, videos, practice questions, AI responses, design elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of FutureGrades Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Our AI Tutor, study recommendations, and performance predictions are powered by machine learning models. Please note: • AI responses are educational aids and may occasionally contain errors • Do not rely solely on AI outputs for critical decisions • We continuously improve our AI systems, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy • Student interactions with the AI tutor are used (in anonymized form) to improve model performance, as detailed in our Privacy Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FutureGrades shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or educational opportunities • Platform downtime or interruptions • Third-party actions or content Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide advance notice where possible, except in cases of serious violations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
