If you are not completely satisfied with FutureGrades, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked, as long as eligibility criteria are met.
Eligible for Refund
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
- Account has not exceeded 20% content usage
- No previous refund claimed on the same plan
- Payment was made directly via FutureGrades website or app
Not Eligible
- Refund requested after 7 days of purchase
- More than 20% of course content accessed
- Subscription purchased through a third-party reseller
- Account was suspended due to Terms of Service violation
Refund Process

If approved, the refund is initiated. Processing takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
